Working Hard, Playing Even Harder

BUSY WEEK!!!! Man, it's been hectic lately!! Between work, kids, and gaming I have been one busy mofo! I beat 3 games this week alone! Guitar Hero World Tour, Burnout Paradise, and finally God of War II!! I am working on a DS game as we speak called Mazes of Fate. *cough* don't waste your money on it *cough* Oh and because I know most people don't make it past the first paragraph, check out my first official review for Neoseeker here: CLICK ME and leave your comments. I would love to hear any feedback. Big thanks to Sean, Leo, Adrian, and of course Kevin for helping me out! And also Redemption for looking the other way and letting me sneak on board ^.^ LOL

I still have a LOT to do in Burnout Paradise. It is an amazing game, and I will be one of the ones lining up to pick up the new Surf Island addition hitting the PSN and XBOX stores shortly. If it's $20 that is. I will most likely have to wait if it's $30+.......money just seems to be getting tighter and tighter lately.

"I don't see myself making any huge gaming purchases in the near future." Says the man who just spent $120 on GH: World Tour. I couldn't help it, Amazon was having an amazing sale and I leaped on it! The game is excellent though. Even if it is missing trophies..........why Activision......WHY?! I did 100% on 5 songs or something ridiculous like that in medium mode. I think saying they eased the difficulty back from GH 3 would be an understatement. Not that I'm complaining, but I guess it's high time I took off the training wheels and went on to hard. The drums will stay on medium though, I frickin' SUCK!

I am sooooooo glad I finally beat God of War II also. It's just been one of those PS3 years man, and difficult to get back onto the older games. But, I think I am gearing up to just kill off some of my long standing games. The big 3 are Dragon Quest VII, Persona 3, and Wild ARMS. I enjoy the games, they just get a bit drawn out at times. Persona 3 is really difficult for me to get into heavily because I'm really not into the dating sim aspect of it. If I wanted a new friend or girlfriend I would just go out and get one.

I also want to start another Final Fantasy title. I need to complete 5 through 6, 8 through 9, and X-2. In order to complete X-2 though, I think I should play X again just to fill in the blanks. Jeez, I haven't even begun to think about all of the Trophy titles that still need to be completed!!

Well one thing at a time. Mother-in-law is spending the night tonight, so guess it will be strictly car racing tonight. Something tells me she would freak if I would start busting out the shooters. Ahhh well, hopefully someone invents a time stopping machine so we don't have to worry about only having 24 hours in a day.......until then, get back to work you!! I mean, ME!! O_o

As a Burnout fan, Burnout Paradise will be one of the games I'll have to check out when I finally get a PS3. I have played God of War 2 though, but I never finished it.

You should also probably be really drunk the entire time you play X-2.
