After months of being jobless I am finally linked to a flow of income once more. It is a good feeling, and has allowed me to fulfill a wish I've had for 7-8 years now; buy an arcade replica DDR pad.

Tech support has its ups and downs; an average would support the idea that it's moderately rewarding. For every nice, polite customer you come across that mades a real effort to follow along and listen up, there are the... "other people". I have many names of them. About a month or so ago I begrudgingly accepted a tech support position to help pay the bills while Nova Scotia becomes a haven for IT jobs. This will not happen soon/ever, so I am settling in.
