Update 1.
So, after a few weeks, thought some of you would like to know whats happening so far.
Personl Hygeine
Going great so far, I've pratically broken the habit of showering once a week, I shower once a day now, wooo, also broken the habit of never brushing my teeth, I do it every day now, I'm chuffed so far.
Social Life
It's...getting there, I'm starting to go out more, to the park and just mucking about with mates, I should start to meet new people when I start going to a Parkour club previously mentioned in one of my blog posts.
Mind you, I'm not the type of person to go up to anyone and try to make friends with them.
Eating
Not so good, I'm mainly trying to increase my intake of protein, it's happening, but at a very slow pace, I have tried two meats, Chicken and beef. Beef i'm ok with, chicken is just nasty.
Exercise
It's ok I guess, I'm probably going to join my schools gym (Free for students :D) I ride my bike up two steep hills if that counts for anything. and once I start eating meat and doing parkour, I guess It'll start paying off.
