Kso, I'm thinking of joining this Parkour group which is near where I live, This (I presume) is going to help with my eating habits/exercise, whereas Parkour needs you to be physically fit (I'm a beginner/amateur in Parkour so..) it ranges from 10-19 year olds, so it wont be hard finding any people my age to 'hang out' with, yeah.

There's a PK/Freerunning thread in Sports, you can go there. I'm also going to take up PK when my ankle and wrist are better. I've also read that PK increases confidence and self belief.
