yeah a few days ago i got GIMP. i was hoping that i could make my own banners and stuff with it.....i just don't know how it works. i still can't figure it out! i don't really know what any of the tools do. but im sure i will learn it......hopefully.

    GIMP is a program that you can use to make changes to pictures. your banner was probably made in GIMP.

    Lol I used to have that.

    Just look up some tutorials on the internet and follow them step by step until you can make your own.

    I just got that too.But I'm still having trouble with the animations tutorial.Just go to:Neoseeker forums>Programming and Design>click on Graphics and animations and i think one of the sub forums are the tips and tutorials.

    yeah i tried that but none of them really tell me how to access some of the tools they want me to do.
