Well, it's been over three and a half days since I came out of my oral surgery to remove four of my impacted wisdom teeth(I needed this much downtime in the very least as a bumper so I could recover my typing abilities), and even though my cheeks have swelled to the point that I can be compared to your average pumpkin, I am still enthusiastically active on these forums everyday(even though I won't be eating solid foods for a while still).
That sounds terrible. Does pulling out your wisdom teeth hurt as much as everyone says it does? Chances are I'm going to have my wisdom teeth removed sometime next year.
And the procedure for pulling out your wisdom teeth is completely painless, you're put to sleep for the whole thing either with an IV or gas. I got the IV and was out for a good 30 minutes. These professionals really know how to work fast.
The only painful part would be the healing process after the freezing wears off after they were applied to the inflicted areas. It's a good thing that stuff lasts for over 24 hours though.
And that numbness and pain only reaches it's highest peak on the second day of recovery, when the freezing completely wears off, after that it's all ice packs and pain killers every four hours from there.

Anyway, hope you feel better.

I'll be ready for the numbness and pain in the healing process then.
