Open Source Program... Inkscape!

*Blows dust off blog*

Well Thought it might benefit some people if i share the program "Inkscape" with people. Inkscape is an open source coded program and the good part is, like all open source, is free! It is a fairly large file size but worth it.
Ok so it's about time i mention what it actually is. Inkscape is a Vector graphics program! which is totally awesome and it looks like each release will just better the last.

Inkscape is an open source drawing tool that uses the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) scalable vector graphics format (SVG). Some supported SVG features include basic shapes, paths, text, markers, clones, alpha blending, transforms, gradients, and grouping. In addition, Inkscape supports Creative Commons' metadata, node-editing, layers, complex path operations, text-on-path, text-in-shape, and SVG XML editing. It also imports several formats like EPS, PostScript, JPEG, PN

Blog Info

Soon this blog will become more focused on the Kirby manga which I have been helping complete and to spread the great work for all kirby fans to see, so those pics will be posted here hopefully on a regular basis and there will also be information on the Kirby Anime as well... maybe, depends on what time allows :D

STAY TUNED!

I will still be putting up some reviews and recommendations on open source programs too ;)

A few more open-source programs...

Well I haven't posted anything in a while... so I'm going to give you's a look at three more open-source programs which i think are really good :D

So... The first two are GIMP and Blender. The majority of people i would expect to know of these especially if you're into making graphics and models like me. GIMP as I like to say, is a free version of photoshop and many would agree. I believe it is as easy to use and produces wonderful results. (Depending on user of course) and Blender creates 3D scenes and objects which can be use indefinitely.

GIMP is supported on the following systems:
* GNU/Linux (i386, PPC)
* Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista)
* Mac OS X
* Sun OpenSolaris
* FreeBSD

and has many many features which I won't even bother listing here. So here's this link to the site as always... HERE I highly recommend this even if you just want to try it out.

The First Post...

I'll be putting stuff in here rather then my Neohome now. For two reasons:

1. It is easier than coding all that stuff, one day I am going to actually bother and when I do it shall be awesome.

2. I've never actually had a blog so why not have one on my favorite website, Neoseeker! =D

I always accept Graphic Requests. If you want to request PM Me .

Today is also the day my username changed from antguy002 to Antguy!!
I never knew I could do that and i'm so happy I found out =D

My Graphic history:
I've always been 'tight' if you know what I mean. I'll never buy something if I know I can get it for free... legally anyways. So I have used GIMP for probably about a year now. I started off in the Anime Graphics Request Thread and made my way around to the "Official" G&A Forum. That request system has been through so many changes and I probably like the current one the most, the worst would have been th
